I think I’m going to start keeping a record of what I eat each day. This is so I can see how little I actually eat, and convince myself that I need to eat more.

I actually ate a lot today:
-Cup Noodles 
-Juice, plum, and a burger 
-Gummy bears, chips, and chocolate.
